A San Ignacio woman, dead after stumbling while climbing the steps to a Doctor's office.
It's something of an unsolved mystery tonight, one that will only be solved by her postmortem.
Here's what the Doctor had to say about what he supposes to be the cause of her death.
Dr. Garcia, Physician for the deceased
"The woman was sick, she had bronchial pneumonia and she'd come for a checkup. She already knew that it was bronchial pneumonia but she was still feeling bad. Today she was coming to the checkup up but coming up the steps she fell and died."
"She was coming from the street to the clinic and this is where she fell. No one knows anything because from here the police came and took her to the hospital. So I suspect that it was a heart attack."
"She never came in she stayed there on the sidewalk. After she'd fallen how many minutes was she on the ground?"
"Just a few they told me because I was inside and they asked me to come and see but by the time I got down here she had already died. So it was minutes. We called the police, they got here and took her to the hospital."
