And moving from the KHMH to the Northern Regional Hospital, they've been operating without a manager since the previous one, Maria Monima, was transferred to the south. But the Minister of Health, Kevin Bernard, told our colleagues at CTV3 yesterday that they are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the post.

Kevin Bernard, Minister of Health
"Well, we are looking actually, in fact we are putting out an advertisement for a Northern Regional Manager. We have a now new hospital administrator, we were without a hospital administrator for a long while so we said that that is also one of the reasons why there have been a lot of administrative matters, there were no real structures in place and now that Mr - is leaving for study leave, in fact he is going to Taiwan to further his studies, but we are seeking for someone who can take on that position. That person has to have a Masters in Public Health Management, so we are looking at the quality persons. We were hoping that people would apply and so that we can get a right candidate to take over this facility."
