The Government of Belize today confirmed what we first reported last night: President of Rwanda Paul Kagame will not be coming as planned next week on September 14th and 15th.
A government release says, his trip, quote, "has been postponed due to developing circumstances. A new date will be announced when details are finalized." End quote.
We'll let you know when new plans are announced.
