And while it took extra teamwork, the Hospital's PR said it's not their first tango with triplets - so they have institutional memory to deal with these special cases:

"I have been at the KHMH for 9 years and in those 9 years we have had to my recollection about four triplets being born at an average of something like one set of children every two, two and a half years, um, the latest ones that I can remember were in December of 2021 and previously in September of 2017`, what was special about this is that it is three boys, normally you have triplets and it's mixed sex like a female and two males and so this was a little different and so we made sure that they were comfortable, we made sure that everything was on point. I want to say thank you to my labor and delivery staff, we had all the anesthesiologists, Dr Guerra did the delivery and we had all of our specialits from the Neo-natal care unit there, everybody was on point. It was done very quickly and everything was done satisfactorily and we are happy that the parents are happy."
