New Ambassadors of Friendly Nations Sworn In

Belize has two new Ambassadors from two of its strongest allies: Mexico and Taiwan.

Today, Governor-General, Dame Froyla Tzalam received Letters of Credence from two newly appointed ambassadors to Belize.

They are Amino Chi, Ambassador of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and Ana Luisa Vallejo Barba, Ambassador of the United Mexican States. Both presented their credentials at the Belize House in Belmopan.

According to a release, the ambassadors each expressed their hopes of forging stronger bonds with Belize during their tenure.
