Private Jet Runs Off Taxi-Way

There was a scare at the Phillip Goldson International this evening.

Information at this time is still limited - but Seven News has confirmed that a small learjet ran off the runway at the Phillip Goldson International airport. It happened around 5:00 this evening. The plan wa sproetedly taxi-ing after landing.

The plane is believed to be a private - US registered- jet. The incident We understand that the pilot and co pilot were inside the plane and neither was hurt. According to authorities, the aircraft received minimal damage - and the airport did not have to be closed. We'll have more on this story in tomorrow's newscast.
