There was a fire at the far end of Jane Usher Boulevard this morning. An old wooden home at 8861 Jane Usher was completely destroyed by what residents say looked like an electrical fire.
Kendis Diego, who first spotted it, told us more.

"I only see smoke coming for out the house. My friend asked me what is going on with that and I said that I don't really know but I see smoke coming from out the house. When I reach here the smoke was thick, when I reach closer the fire just came out of the house. The heat was too much, we couldn't even come close to get anything out."

"About what time was that?"
Kendis Diego
"That was around 12 - 12:30. The wires was sparking from the top of the house, there was bright lights, blue and red just sparks from the top of the house."
Homeowner Pastora Galvez says in the meantime they will squeeze into her daughter's home.
