What FPIC Meant To San Jose

The Village of San Jose in Toledo is getting an upgraded road, that's after a Free Prior And Informed Consent agreement determined that the villagers were eager to get the upgrade for an old rural road that would provide better access to the outside world.

And yrecently when Minister of Rural development Oscar Requena visited San Jose he told the villagers he was pleased that they said yes to the FPIC, which will give them wider market access for the goods they produce.
