Last week, we took you to the BDF Volunteer Battalion's training camp, where hundreds of volunteer soldiers as well as new recruits tackled a category 5 hurricane simulation. Their training allowed them to calm a riotous post-hurricane crowd, as well as assist in a fatal car accident.
And that camp officially ended on Friday, with its closing ceremony. Some of the volunteers spoke to the media about their experience.
A passing out parade was also held for 43 new BDF soldiers off Recruit Squad #39.
