But contrary to widely circulated reports they are not on strike. 7NEWS _has confirmed that there was a stoppage of work at the Tower Hill Factory today as workers were complaining about the shift system which forces many of them to work from 12 midnight to 12 noon. But after a stoppage of about half an hour, they relented from their position and the processing of cane continued.
