The DFC Commission of Inquiry may be ignoring him, but David Novelo will be heard. His attorney Hubert Elrington today filed to the Supreme Court for the removal of Mark Hulse as the forensic auditor for the Commission of Inquiry into the DFC.
If that is not possible he asks the court to restrict his duties to any matter not involving transactions that Novelo's Limited had with the DFC until the claim is heard.
The claim also states that expired on the 22nd. January, 2007, so any reports received after that is invalid.
The court has not set a date for hearing the application.
