Panamanian news accounts say that Moises Cal made 14 trips to Panama between November of last year and February 10th - meaning that he was traveling when he was still Belize's Ambassador to SICA. He resigned that post in the first week of December.

Latest news reports from that country also allege that he paid out two hundred thousand dollars in bribes on February 10th, only one hundred and three thousand of that has been recovered.

We know of no investigation that is being conducted into his activities in Belize, and it seems the one in that country is not that serious.

That's because authorities are quoted in the Panamanian media saying that they are looking for him, but Belize's Ambassador to Panama Naim Musa is quoted in the Prensa saying that only the Panamanian Embassy to Belize has contacted him about Cal's whereabouts.
