And while the injunction comes after the horses are already out of the stable as the report is now widely circulated and publicized the battle over the entire matter continues even from within the commission itself. Today 7NEWS was furnished with a document being the minutes of a meeting held on June 8th, the minutes clearly indicate that as of that date Bailey-Martinez had reservations about the report being incomplete because of the absence of testimonies from the Novelo's and UHS principals. While the minutes do not indicate whether Bailey-Martinez was on board with writing the report it does show that at least there was some level of hostility between the manner in which the commission should have proceeded at that time.
