And while today’s ruling by Magistrate Kathleen Lewis may have dealt a blow to the defence team for the Coye family, it wasn’t all bad news for the omnipresent Arthur Saldivar at court today. Matter of fact, he had a significant favourable development at court today. This morning the Chief Justice granted Hirian Good permission for judicial review of her termination – which was done for political reasons. Saldivar explained.

“Questioned the letter of termination that was issued by the Ministry of Education. So we move forward now with Hirian Good in relation to preparing submissions, 14 days from this date those submissions will be filed. There is no such thing as a small victory, it’s a victory.”
Leave has been granted and Hirian Good’s attorney has 14 days to submit their claim.
