

On Monday morning - the Chinese made history by going on a militant, defiant protest throughout the city.
And in the margins of that historic event, was another lesser event, this one of dubious note.
But, note it we must….
Here's how it happened: All the media was around waiting for the protest to start in front of the courthouse when Alfonso Noble from the UDP's Wave Radio and the Guardian newspaper came by taking pictures of the protest.
But as Rhenae Nunez from the PUP's National Perspective and Vibes Radio saw him, she went after him.
Nunez publicly berated Noble, accusing him of repeatedly making personal attacks on her on UDP media for no reason. She pointed in his face the first time, and then came back again, where she poked him with a fist.
As police got between them, Noble warned her that her action constituted an assault and that he would make a complaint.
He has not, though, and best indications are that he won't. Of course, the war of words is sure to continue in the party media they represent…
