As you heard, clearly the PUP has a very different view on COVID management - Briceno wants us to quote "learn to live with COVID".
That differs from the COVID containment policies of the Barrow Administration and the Minister of Health, with its chief public proponent being Dr Marvin Manzanero.
So, would the PUP fire Manzanero because of a policy difference. Briceno was non-comital on that dicey matter:

"If you are elected tomorrow can we anticipate the removal of Dr. Manzanero as the DHS as well?"
John Briceno, PUP Leader
"I don't think we have gotten there yet. I think we need to sit down with Dr. Manzanero and look at what is his plan and then if there is room for improvement, of course, there is room for improvement. But it's not something that you can just hold Dr. Manzanero all by himself responsible. He answers to his bosses, the CEO, the minister of health, the prime minister - all of them are seeing what is happening as it is and have they given advise as to do things differently? I don't know, I don't think so. So, it's not about Dr. Manzanero."
