COVID Recovered Rep Sworn In

And, one PUP elected rep who has bounced back from COVID is Toledo East's Mike Espat. After falling ill right after the election, he was finally sworn in today as a minister of state in the Briceno Administration.

Seen here, Espat took the oath of office this afternoon before Governor-General Sir Colville Young in Belmopan. He will serve as the co-Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment under Prime Minister Hon. John Briceño.
