PUP Prepares For First Working Session Of House

Two months after taking office, the Briceno administration is getting ready to have its first business session of the House of Representatives. The first one scheduled for late December was postponed to make the House of Representatives more COVID ready - especially on the PUP side where there will be 26 representatives.

The rescheduled meeting will be held on Friday January 8, 2021, followed by a Senate meeting on the following Wednesday 13th January.

Prime Minister Briceno says that his government will present a supplementary and revised budget, with no new revenue measures. He says they will also introduce the first part of his government's reform agenda.
