But, the Police Minister is hoping that the owners of bars countrywide won't start to ignore the social distancing laws which make it illegal for bars to operate. Facebook is over-run with flagrant promotional flyers for bars and clubs which aren't even pretending to be restaurants.
Minister Musa warned that they into trouble with the police:

What is in place again and this is worth repeating every time we speak with the media is that only restaurants are allowed to open at this time, so if it is that a bar is reopening and not serving food with alcohol, they are in direct breach of the statutory instrument, so I want to discourage bar owners, please pay attention to the statutory instrument and what you are allowed to do under the law."
