And there was also support across the floor for the Constituency Development Fund - which is a promise out of the PUP Plan Belize Manifesto.
It will give representatives - both red and blue - an equal dollar amount of funds to develop the constituencies based - not on their political hue - but on the number of registered voters in their area. The Prime Minister explained:
