But that may be difficult because it seems the lines of communication between Mayor Wagner and at least some of his councilors have been cut. This afternoon Cherisse Halsall asked him whether he'd blocked any of them on WhatsApp.
Mayor Wagner didn't deny it.
Cherisse Halsall:
"Is it true sir that you may have blocked some of these councilors that are not showing respect for you on whatsapp?"

"Again your personal interaction with, you would call friends, you would call colleagues that is up to you. I am certain that you have the right to choose who you communicate with. It's a trust issue, trust is very important in organizations and I would go out on a limb to say that there is some measure of a trust issue and that I feel, I really want us to have essentially a professional relationship and we work as a professional group and we work together for the good of the city, for the good of the residents, at the end of the day I don't need to knock glass with anyone. At the end of the day, I have my personal way of how I live. I want to be around my family. I want to be around people I trust and for some reason, I don't trust you then I don't see why we should continue to be able to interact via WhatsApp, via facebook whatever."
