And we also asked Luke Martinez, who was one of the former commissioners of the Commission Of Inquiry, how he felt about the redacting of Hugo Patt's name and the costly damages that are now looming. And let's just say he didn't have much to say about it:

"As a commissioner on the Commission of Inquiry on the sale of public assets, what has now happened, it has already been accepted in court that the name of then Minister of Natural Resources, DPM, Hugo Patt will be excised out of that report, does it hurt you to see that that process which you all believed on is going to end u with redacted sections in a report because of processes and natural justice rights not being afford to some of the witnesses, in this case it is just Hugo Patt, but there may be more.I don't want to talk about that."
