Fonseca Agrees With Musa

And later in the day, Minister of Education Francis Fonseca took basically the same position. Responding to a request for comment - Fonseca, who is also an attorney told us via text, quote:

"I am in support of public disclosure of information regarding directors and shareholders of local companies.

I believe the issue is worthy of further discussion and perhaps an amendment may be necessary to address some of the legitimate concerns that have arisen regarding disclosure and transparency."

Both Fonseca and Musa stressed that they expressed their persons position and not that of Cabinet.
