Now that is a glowing endorsement - but when he appeared on Sunup on Monday, Lovell had anything BUT a glowing endorsement for the last Barrow administration - of which he was a part as a senior CEO. He said that administration failed. We asked Barrow about it:

"I, myself have said that the UDP obviously failed at some point. I just said that there is no perfect government. So, I stand firm that the UDP had far more successes than failures in the 13 years that we lead this country - 13 consecutive years. But of course, there were many failures in the previous UDP administration."
