And as we told you earlier, right in the middle of the Opposition Leader's nearly 2-hour speech, the PM and Minister Henry Charles Usher took a quick break to speak to the retired public officers. But when the media asked him about leaving in the middle of Barrow's speech, he said that there wasn't much to miss out on.

"I'm not missing much, none of you are missing much, if you thought that that was more important than being out here, you would've stayed up there, I mean really, the thing is that the Leader of the Opposition is rambling all over the place and I'm trying to be very very respectful to the Leader of the Opposition, he's the opposition that's in the constitution and as such we should respect it but he's been just rambling all over the place and making actually no sense, but I will go back and finish listening to what he has to say."
