And Barrow also submitted a question to Minister Requena, asking him what steps the Ministry of Labor has taken to ensure that PBL complies with the Essential Services Tribunal Ruling.
His question was shot down by the Speaker of the House, who said that the question infringed on the standing orders that state that a question shall not be asked dealing with the action of a minister that he is not responsible to the legislature.
Today, Barrow called that ruling "erroneous."
