And moving up north now, the prime minister was in his hometown today supporting the PUP slate in Orange Walk. The undefeated 7 term rep and former town councillor himself said that the Municipal Elections have pulled him away from his usual prime ministerial duties, but explained how they've been able to support the slate so far. He also added that if elected, they have big plans for Orange Walk Town.
And the current mayor, Ladrick Sheppard, said that his Council's work will speak for itself.
