Now, the joint unions were supposed to meet with government's negotiating team today to discuss all this - but the meeting was postponed.
Coye says it's looking like next week:

"I think that meeting actually had to do with the collective bargaining agreement framework. So the view is that the matter between the unions and the government, in relation to salary increase, should be resolved. And then we move forward into the collective bargaining agreement discussion."
"The subcommittee meets, with the instructions of cabinet. Cabinet is likely to meet on Tuesday. Upcoming next week. And once that meeting is held, I'm sure that cabinet will give marching orders to this subcommittee. And, a meeting will probably follow from that."
