Last night, we told you how the Belize National Football Team played its first match against the Haitian National Team as part of the first round in Group E of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
The Jaguars lost to Haiti at the Sylvio Cator Stadium with a final score of 2-nil, and shortly after that game, they began making preparations to travel to the Dominican Republic.
This evening, the Football Federation of Belize reported that the team traveled to the DR in 3 groups. Two of the groups arrived safely and without incident. The final group is scheduled to arrive tomorrow with the technical staff. They will play their second qualifier match against Turks and Caicos next Tuesday.
