The Holy Saturday Cross Country Classic is still two weeks away but over the weekend

BEL and a host of other sponsors came together in a Celebration of Belize's emerging young cycling talent, some of whom will still challenge for dominance in the elite cross country.

The race was ultimately won by Renan Codd who took a major lead on the approach to Belmopan and never let it go.

2nd and third place winners were Goran Gabourel and Tyler Tejeda. The youngest rider to finish with a completion trophy was 15 years old.
