Today the Department of Hydrology put out a release warning that with the recent heavy rains "there is a Medium-high potential of flash flooding that may occur on rivers in the Eastern Slopes of the Mayan Mountains, and in flood prone areas of the Coastal Highway, near the Moho and Temash River watersheds."

A flash flood warning has been issued for Region 11, along the Rio Grande, at San Pedro Columbia and Big falls south.
