Windell Parham, Executive Director - CARDI
"It's going to be two days of board meetings and one day in the field looking at Belizean agriculture. We have just drafted a new strategic framework for CARDI, with assistance from IICA, and we are reviewing that framework to see how we will need to restructure CARDI to deliver more efficient service to the region. We have also drafted a medium term plan which will also be matched with the strategic framework to develop our programmes for the next few years."
The CARDI Board will be in Belize until Friday.
