In the corporate world, it is all about leadership, but life at the top can be a lonely and difficult place. That's why for the last two days, managers from some of Belize's top companies have been discussing 'effective leadership for change and growth' and 'building winning Teams.' The workshops were organized by the Chamber of Commerce and facilitated by Dr. Camille Donnelly from the Donnelly Leadership Counseling Group. The Chamber's Dionne Miranda told us more.

"Today's session is being delivered by Dr. Camille Donnelly. She is actually here as part of the Partnership of the Americas. She is talking about how to accept and embrace change, how to develop your team so that they can actually deliver the outputs and the goals that you set for your organizations, and this is vital to the Belizean business and private sector.
As you notice we have about forty participants in the room and they range from companies like Belize Telecommunications Limited, SMART, Brodies, many other companies are in there and so the need has actually come about where the private sector needs training but they need training that builds their capacity and specified in certain areas."
This week's workshop are part of a series of workshops by the Chamber on the role of employers.
