A week ago the Coney Drive Fast Food Restaurant on Central American Boulevard was rocked by an explosion which forced the restaurant to close and left its nine employees jobless. Well tonight we are happy to report that Coney Drive Fast Food has reopened for business. It reopened today and owner Ruth Logan says she did it with the help of friends, family, and her customers.
Ruth Logan,
"Thanks by the grace of God and the courage I fight to move on. I have a lot of people to show that women can do it in life. You don't have to be doing nonsense on the side. A lot of customers came to me, a lot of friends were there for me and they said they were behind me. A lot of business people said they supported me. As you could see, we are better than before so thank you whoever tried to put me down. I am better now. We lost a lot but then again like I said - no one was hurt and I am glad about that. No one was hurt so whatever was lost - material stuff -can be bought. I have to work hard yes but it can be bought."
Police and fire investigators still aren't sure what caused the explosion.
