Escaped Prisoner Mark Bainton Spotted in Stann Creek

Mark Bainton is an escaped prisoner and has been on the run since last weekend when he and three other prisoners cut their way out of a Hattieville cell. Now police say that he has been sighted in the area of Hope Creek Village in the Stann Creek District.

Bainton was seen this morning, and was on foot. Police say he was seen alone, but warn that he may be in the company of the other escapees. Anyone with information is asked to call the nearest police station or 0-800-922-tips.
