Last week’s lucrative lotto jackpot of $132,500 had thousands chasing the dream, but only one person won and tonight we can tell you she is a deserving individual. The winner is fifty four year old Brenda Sanchez, an amputee who suffers from diabetes and hypertension. When we caught up with her at the Tropical Gaming Company office she had one specific wish. She also told us how she chose the winning numbers.

“How much money did you spend on this LOTTO?”
Brenda Sanchez,
“Well I spent six dollars and I tried to keep it up.”

“You know everybody was trying to win this LOTTO, how did you find out you had won?”
Brenda Sanchez,
“Well when they told me and I was still shocked when I came here this morning.”
Jacqueline Godwin,
“Any immediate plans?”
Brenda Sanchez,
“Well see about my foot. Maybe I can get it because I really miss walking.”
Jacqueline Godwin,
“How long have you been wheel chaired bound?”
Brenda Sanchez,
“One year and ten months now and I really tek lik because I feel like I am in cage whenever I can’t do something by myself.”
Brenda Sanchez is married with two children. After the standard fifteen percent tax deduction she takes home one hundred and twelve thousand, six hundred and twenty five dollars. The Lotto now stands at fifty thousand dollars.
