For the third consecutive Saturday, Tropical Gaming Company has announced a Lotto jackpot winner.

He is 58 year old Angel Perez, a disabled man from the village of Guinea Grass. Perez came down with the crippling Polio disease as an infant and has enjoyed the support of his family since. One of those family members, Luisa Zetina travelled to the city today to accept on his behalf, last Saturday's winning Lotto Jackpot prize of $52,500.00.

Luisa Zetina, Angel Perez's sister.
"My sister, my brother-in-law and I just came to see about my brother's ticket because every week he usually sends my brother-in-law to by the 'quick pick'. And you know, it's just a hobby. Because of how he is disabled, he has gotten into other games such as 'megabingo'. He loves that sort of thing. It wasn't until yesterday that he noticed that he had these numbers, he wasn't initially aware of it.
