Why would people line up for four blocks in Punta Gorda Town on a Tuesday morning?

This footage of persons appearing to be mostly Mayas was taken this morning in Punta Gorda Town by PGTV.

Owner of that news outlet, Will Maheia told us that they were queuing up to get into a company's office. But he couldn't say for sure what was their business in there but surmised that it may have something to do with distribution of funds

We are told there was a similar, though shorter line last week. This one we note was sorely lacking social distance protocols.
