But while 2021 left a lot to be desired, the Mayor says he's already laying the groundwork for increased revenue in 2022.

And he says it'll all come down to trade license reforms.

Speaking to our cameras this afternoon he explained how those reforms are set to maximize profits for each of the city's new economic zones.
