BTB and APAMO Team Up

Today the Belize Tourism Board and the Association of Protected Areas Management Organizations signed an MOU that's expected to result in a pilot project to further develop areas of Sustainable Certification Accreditation and growth. This will strengthen the cooperation in the sustainable development of protected areas in Belize, especially since BTB established a $75,000 fund for conservation, sustainable development and regeneration. Today, the executive director of APAMO and the Minister of Tourism spoke about this partnership.
