And yesterday we told you that Ritchie's Bus Service wasn't getting its road service permit renewed, and that the Transport Board cited that it was due to constant mechanical failures and their inability to commence upgrading their buses.
Ritchie's lawyer, Orson Elrington said that there's no law that says their permit can be taken away if they don't have a new bus, and threatened legal action.
According to the Minister, the government is always engaged in some legal battle, so bring it on.
Elrington has applied for leave for judicial review of the Department of Transport's decision…..
