And while White will hang unless he goes to the Privy Council or the Caribbean Court of Justice two accused murderers walked out of the Magistrate's Court free men today.

The case against 26-year-old Jerry Bush and 25-year-old Terrence Bailey was thrown out by Magistrate Margaret Gabb-Mckenzie because the prosecutor showed up without the case file. The duo were charged for the May 2003 murder of Kareem Swazo and attempted murder of Calbert Budd Jr. Police alleged that the two men rode up to the deceased and opened fire. Police piled on charges of murder, attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm, and dangerous harm on both men but today all those charges were dropped.

The charges were struck for want of prosecution because the prosecutor showed up empty handed - saying that the file was with the DPP - and no one from that office appeared.
