It will be at least another two days before the jury starts deliberating the faith of accused quadruple murderers Leslie Pipersburgh and Patrick Robateau.

Today presiding judge John Gonzalez was to sum up the 5 weeks of testimony covering 22 witnesses and then toss it to the jury for deliberations. But this morning Justice Gonzalez explained to the jury that because of the complexity and length of the case he needs more time. He has now set his summation for Monday morning however he warns it will be an unprecedented four to five hours long. The judge says that is unusual but according to him the case is also unusual.

Leslie Pipersburgh and Patrick Robateau are each facing four counts of murder and one count each of attempted murder.
