After three years and millions of dollars, the re-opening of the Bliss
Institute is just about an hour away.
But the event is "A-list" invitation only which means that only about 600 people will get to see it in the flesh, while the rest of us will have to catch it on TV.
We caught up with ICA director Andy Palacio who told us what to look out for.

"We are counting down to the grand finale right here. It's actually a grand finale and a grand opening. It kicks off at 7 with Pablo Cullado and Mango Jam on the Foyer. That continues up to 8 pm when we will have the ceremony with the prime minister, minister of culture, and the foreign minister of Mexico who came just for this occasion. Then the entertainment starts with Frankie Reneau and a choir -a string ensemble actually. We will have poetry by the Grandmaster, a dance group from Quintana Roo, and also the Ugandani Dance group. We will also have Mohobub Flores, Brother David, and Lord Rhaburn. We will then finish the evening with a light cocktail reception in the back with entertainment from Mr. Peters and his boom and chime."
"I am very excited. We have been working on this for several weeks now and its right on top of us now."
Tonight's opening is at 8.
