Back in the 70's Linda Lewis and the national softball team reigned supreme not only in Belize but also in the region, becoming the first national team to ever win a gold medal for Belize in international competition.
Decades have passed, and the luster and pride that accompanied those glory days have faded, but Linda's love has not. Today her sister Carol Lewis-Babb donated a cheque in her sister's name to purchase trophies for the upcoming softball competition that bears her name.
