Kareem Swazo's Accused Murderers Back In Jail

Police tonight have back in their custody both men accused of the June 2003 broad daylight murder of Kareem "Matty" Swazo and an attempt on the life of Calbert Budd.

26-year-old Terrence Bailey was re-arrested over the weekend. He now joins Jerry Bush who was re-captured a week ago. Both men are facing charges of murder, attempted murder, dangerous harm, and use of deadly means of harm.

Bush and Bailey were set free on March 2nd because prosecutors showed up to court without the case file.
