Police this morning took a 75 year old to court on charges of carnal knowledge.
Yesterday 43-year-old woman visited the police station accompanied by her 12 year old. She alleged that her daughter had been coming home late everyday from school and also had monies that could not be accounted for.
Yesterday the 12 year old told police that on March 1st she had gone to Tereso Hernandez's shop on East Canal to buy candy. Once there the man invited her into his House during which time he had sexual intercourse with her after which he gave her $5. The minor also stated that during the months of January through March she had intercourse with Hernandez several times. The minor also reported that Hernandez had threatened her to death if she told anyone about what was happening. She was then taken to the KHMH where an examination certified that she had been carnally known.
Hernandez appeared in court today to answer to four counts of carnal knowledge. He was remanded to custody until 6th of April.
