Another Plane Down In The North

Anti-drug unit personnel are on the ground again in Northern Belize following up on another suspected drug plane.

This afternoon police came up on the plane some 4 miles off the Northern highway at mile 44 near the now abandoned Bel-Caribe fruit farm. The plane was discovered intact but again the contents of it are nowhere to be found.

By our count this makes it the 5th plan to land in northern Belize and the 6th to land in the country. Just yesterday police were called out to the San Lazaro area of orange walk where a Beech craft twin engine airplane was found.
