Earlier on we told you about the stabbing death of Gilbert Reyes. While that case turned out to be murder, just an hour earlier in the same area, there was another similar stabbing. Except, in this case, the victim Hilton Conorquie lived to tell his story. He told us that he was at a neighborhood grocery store when a man he once regarded as a friend just stabbed him.
Hilton Conorquie, Stabbing Victim
"I went to buy a pack bread and some other things at the Chinese store before it closed. Then he just met me there and asked me what had happened with his board. I told I didn't know who took his board. The man said he felt like doing me something right now because I didn't want to tell him what's up. He then pulled out a knife and just stabbed me."
Alfonso Noble,
You know the person who did this?
Hilton Conorquie, Stabbing Victim
"Yes I know the young boy. Me and him used to hang out and thing."
Conorquie claims that the man who stabbed him is one Earl Young who G. Michael Reid informs us, is at the top of the police's most wanted list tonight. As for his injury, Conorquie was treated and released from the KHMH as the injury was not life threatening.
