His own daughter was seriously hurt in the accident but that didn't stop police from bringing charges against 38 year old Guatemalan Sergio Cervantez.
As we reported yesterday Cervantez was driving a Ford Expedition at Mile 47 on the Western Highway when he lost control and spun off the road. His 4-year-old daughter who received major head trauma has been flown out to Guatemala for treatment. Now police have charged Cervantez for negligent grievous harm and driving without due care and attention.
